Terms and Conditions About Tour Routes


Quotation Inclusion:

· The soft train sleeper or economy air seat is provided between cities within China. The airport construction fee CNY50.00 (USD6.00) is also concluded at every domestic airport.
· The hotel accommodation is based on two clients sharing a twin double-room with relevant private facilities.
· Daily American breakfast can be served in the hotel, and the Chinese lunch and dinner are offered outside the hotel or as specified in the itinerary. B=American Breakfast, L=Lunch, D=Dinner, SD=special Dinner, IM=in flight Meals.
· Private mini-bus or limousine transfers are served to you with the private tour guide according to your request. All our tours are private tours except the excursions of the Yangtze River cruise or the other cruise.
· The admissions to each sightseeing spot and evening shows are included as specified in the itinerary.
· The private local guide varies in different cities. None of national guide accompanies you throughout China.
· The government tax and the city construction fee in China are with the tour price.
· Travel Agency's Liability Insurance is offered with your tour in China.

Quotation Exclusion:

· China visa fee (www.fmprc.gov.cn).
· The final departure tax CNY90.00 (USD11.00) and international airfare between your home country and China are arranged by yourself ( the flight to Hongkong or Macao is also imposed to pay the departure tax (USD11.00).
· All personal expenses such as laundry, drink, extra meals and beverage, telex, phone calls, over-weight luggage charges, insurance and expenses not specified in the itinerary.
· Tips for local guides and drivers.

Reservation and Payment:

· Fill in Tour Order Form to reserve your preferred tour package and send back to us indicating the tour name, tour code, exact date of entry, number and name of the tourists, language spoken, number of phone and fax, e-mail and any information if available.
· We will normally confirm your reservation within 2 working days and send you the Remittance Instruction.
The reservation deposit USD100.00/per person should be transmitted as early as possible, usually prior to 15 days of your departure. After the transfer, fax or e-mail us the scanning copy of the bank voucher.
· The reservation deposit (USD100.00/per person) is included in your tour quotation. We will deduct the reservation deposit from the total quotation. The transfer service charge is on your own.
· The balance of your tour fee should be paid off upon the arrival day in China.

Cancellation and Refund:

· The reservation deposit is non-refundable if the client makes the cancellation after the remittance of the deposit. No refund is made for any cancellation or changes caused by client the when the tour is in process.
· Notification must be made by e-mail or by fax to our assistant if the client cancels the trip.

Change of the Confirmed Tour:

· You are entitled to change your tour after you accepted confirmation. If you wish to change your tour, you must inform us no late then 5 days before your departure date.
· The extra service charge USD30.00/ per person or any loss incurred due to such change will be borne by you, for example, 10% more or less of the air ticket cancellation fee imposed by airlines will be charged for any changes.
· If some change to the confirmed reservation is caused by forces, such as weather, unforeseen circumstances, political upheavals, etc., neither party shall be held responsible, and any extra cost thus caused shall be covered by the tourist himself.
· If some change to the confirmed reservation is caused by an air or rail transportation company, or other factors that are beyond the control of our agency or our business partners, we shall not be held responsible for the losses thus caused.
· If a tourist has to end up his tour because of accident, injury, or serious illness, refund of 50% of the unused tour fare shall be made to the tourist. No refund will be made available for a tour member who otherwise quit the tour on his account.

Passport and Visa:

· Please make sure that you have got the valid passport and visa before your entry of China. We can issue a free official invitation to you by fax when you apply visa. The invitation will be sent only after we receive the reservation deposit.
